Learning to Love

Learning to love yourself is hard. Learning that Loving yourself can lead to healing your LIFE, well that just blew my mind. However it is true. The practice of Ho'oponopono, helps you do that. You learn to clear past mistakes, not just in this life, but in previous ones as well. Forgive yourself, love yourself and others. Start with a "zero balance" as Joe Vitale says.
